This blog analysis what drives changes and why and how people resist change and what managers can do to manage that resistance. The purpose of this blog is to create an understanding of different models of leadership and how they can be used to develop a culture within the organization where managing change is seen as a challenge.

(Iqbal, 2017).  In this century, risks exist but charismatic leaders tend to lower the risks by involving employee motivation and development to their strategy for change management (Eisenbach, Watson and Pillai, 2017). However, for successful change, I believe managers and leaders must communicate with the employees and identify factors that can influence resistance to avoid business downfalls or failures.
